Studio Cancellation Fees (Studio and Dressing Rooms Use)

- From booking confirmation up to 3 weeks prior: 30%
- From 3 weeks to 2 weeks prior: 50%
- From 1 week to the day prior: 75%
- On the day of: 100%

Dressing Rooms Cancellation Fees (Dressing Room Use Only, No Studio Use)

- From reservation up to 2 days prior: free
- From the day prior: 50%
- On the day of: 100%

Staffing Cancellation Fees

- From reservation up to 6 days prior: free
- From 5 days to 2 days prior: 50%
- The day prior or on the day of: 100%

- Our cancellation policy is based on business days following the Japaneses calendar.
- Percentages refer to a proportion of your total estimated quote.
- For any items not covered in this policy, we will charge for actual costs incurred for work already in progress or completed at the time of cancellation.
- Please review our cancellation terms before making your reservation.

Rules for Tentative Bookings

We accept tentative bookings (holds), but we prioritize clients who confirm the reservation.
If we receive an inquiry for a confirmed booking, we will contact clients with tentative bookings to confirm their studio usage.

- We accept up to three tentative bookings per project.
- Same as confirmed reservations, cancellation fees apply starting three weeks before the scheduled date.
- If another confirmed booking request comes in for a date you have tentatively held, the studio will contact you.

If you are unable to confirm your reservation within three days of our contact, we will release your tentatively held dates. Thanks for your understanding.
